Sandra Thompson – Owner Manager
Sandra worked for 8 years as an administrator and training co-ordinator at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in London before returning to South Africa.
Following a short career break to focus on her family, she started providing part time administration support to Dr Annamarie Lombard of Sensory Intelligence Consulting. Sandra soon wanted to take on additional administration work but found that Annemarie, like many entrepreneurs, did not have sufficient work to keep her busy on a full time basis. Sandra set about structuring her working practices in such a way as she could provide administration support remotely to multiple customers and, as they say, the rest is history!
Gavin Thompson – Business Process Consultant
Gavin is an experienced business process improvement specialist who consults to large corporates on Operational Excellence and process optimisation. Gavin provides a support role to Sandra often advising her and her clients on how to streamline their working practices.
Karin Heydenrych – General Administrator
Karin has many years of senior administration support. Before joining Bizserv she spent 11 years at Spoornet working as a Senior Administration Clerk. She then joined Auto & General Insurance where she served as the PA to the General Manager. More recently, Karin has been providing volunteer support to a number of local anti-cruelty leagues.
Karin has a diploma in Computerized Accounting and is proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products. She is hard working, efficient, service oriented and excellent at meeting deadlines.
Charlene McGuire – General Administrator
Charlene joined Bizserv at the beginning of 2015 and brings a wealth of PA and marketing experience. With her bubbly, vivacious personality and passion for client service, Charlene is a real asset to our team.
Charlene has held a number of senior PA positions over the years including PA to the regional executive head at Vodacom, where she won a top achiever award. Here other roles include General Manager at a restaurant, PA to the MD of a promotional manufacturing company, PA to the director of market research company and Sales Consultant at a cellular service provider.
Kirsty Jones – Accounting, Book Keeping & Payroll
Kirsty is a UCT graduate where she completed a B.Com degree, majoring in Accounting, Information Systems and Economics. Over the last 20 years, she has worked in a number of large corporates both in South Africa and in London as well as fulfilling the role of School Business Manager for a number of private schools in Cape Town.
Kirsty brings to Bizserv her extensive experience in bookkeeping (to trial balance), all aspects of payroll, statutory returns and requirements, audit preparation and monthly management reporting.
